About Me:
Hi I’m Summer, 17, from the USA. Right now
I’m at “a vital transition point in my life”. I feel an aspect of me
emerging; an infinite, spontaneous, spiritual, self-assured, dreamer, thinker,
and achiever, which sounds pretty impressive! Meanwhile, (as I wait for my full
potential to materialize) I’m learning to enjoy every moment of my hectic life,
which includes being a very tall, Nigerian, American with a passion for
creative expression, a story, and a blog.I guess the point is that in the end I’m destined for greatness ;) but as they say “it’s good to have an end to journey towards, but it’s the journey that matters in the end.”
About This Blog:
SAVA comes from my middle name Savanna and is a
play on words with the French saying Ça va meaning "It's going good." I was later told, that according to Urban
Dictionary it means "A woman of striking beauty and electrifying
intelligence." Which is good too! haha!
SAVA is about all the little things that make up who I am; from the moments,
food, travels, and thoughts to the music, fashion, dreams, sad days, happy
nights and the people. It’s honestly the mess in my mind finally getting
organized. I believe that the only limits in life are those we put on
ourselves, I’ve made the decision to let go of these limitations, cause the
truth is, we are infinite.
This sounds amazing, I like someone that has and idea of what they are and what they want. You have something I wish I had, Courage,Confidence,Realization and Self Assurance. ReplyDeleteHi Feranmi! Thank you so much for that. Your right, I am a person that is very clear about myself, but this self realization did not happen over night. It is a work in progress and an end never to be reached. I promise you that what your going through is not unusual. As sh**ty as it is, this "phase" it's a right of passage. Just last year I was in a doubtful and unclear state of mind, just as you are now. But it only made me more determined to understand myself and become the person I dream of becoming.
